4. Coaching Commitment & Results

Our programs are designed to help you make measurable progress when you follow the process. However, results vary based on individual effort, consistency, and personal factors.

We do not guarantee specific results (e.g., “lose X lbs” or “earn X amount”), but we provide the systems, support, and accountability needed to help you achieve your goals.

Your success depends on your commitment and willingness to implement the strategies provided.

5. Work-With-You Guarantee

Our “Work-With-You” Results Guarantee means that if you actively participate, follow your plan, and do not see measurable progress, we will continue working with you — at no additional cost — until you do.

To qualify, you must:

Attend scheduled coaching calls or check-ins

Follow your assigned nutrition and training plan

Communicate honestly and promptly with your coach

Track progress as instructed

Failure to engage or complete the agreed-upon steps will void this guarantee.

6. Payments and Refunds

All payments for coaching, courses, or digital products are due in full at the time of purchase unless otherwise stated in a payment plan.

Refund Policy:

Because our programs involve digital delivery, personalized strategy, and time investment, all sales are final.

Exceptions may be made at our discretion in cases of documented emergencies.

If you are on a payment plan, you agree to complete all scheduled payments unless otherwise arranged and confirmed in writing.

7. Community and Conduct

By joining our programs, community spaces (including Skool), or online groups, you agree to:

Be respectful, encouraging, and professional toward other members.

Avoid hate speech, harassment, or spam of any kind.

Keep shared materials and strategies confidential — for your personal use only.

We reserve the right to remove any member from the community or program without refund if their behavior disrupts the experience or violates these Terms.

11. Scheduling & Cancellations

If you book a 1:1 call, you are responsible for showing up on time.

No-shows or cancellations within 24 hours of your scheduled call may not be rescheduled.

We reserve the right to reschedule calls due to emergencies or unforeseen circumstances.

12. Termination

We may terminate your access to any program or service at any time if you violate these Terms, abuse the system, or fail to make required payments.

You may terminate your participation at any time, though no refunds will be issued.

13. Modifications

We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms at any time.

The latest version will always be posted on this page with the updated date.

Continued use of our website or programs after changes means you accept the revised Terms.
